Inspiration for the finished design was taken from the classic Moleskine style notebook, with its durable, simple cover and rounded corners. We wanted to create a combined reference guide and notebook to ensure students would retain it and use it all the time as a constant source of useful reference. Sections were distinctly colour coded and strong typography was used to help promote the link to the fashion industry.
